Cathy – Patient Coordinator

Cathy spent most of her childhood in Iowa but finished off her high school year in sunny Florida. After caring for her first child, the opportunity opened up where she has since been working in the medical field and has been a part of Dr. Mandraccia’s practice as a Patient Coordinator and Hair Transplant Technician since 2002. Her patient care philosophy is “to try to meet and exceed the expectations of each patient to the best of my ability and to also give the patient my total self in patient care and emotional support.”

Lisa – Patient Care Consultant

Lisa grew up in Cape Cod, Mass. and moved to Miami to attend nursing school. Lisa and her husband moved to the Fort Myers area to be closer to family where they raised three wonderful children. Lisa started working for Dr. Mandraccia in 1991 as a patient coordinator/nurse. Lisa believe it’s important for patients to feel safe and comfortable in the process and Dr. Mandraccia’s staff strives in doing just that. Customer satisfaction and customer service is Lisa’s goal to make your experience exceptional.

Patient Coordinator/Practice Administrator

Danette – Patient Coordinator/Practice Administrator

Growing up here in Ft. Myers, Fl, Danette knew this is where she wanted to stay and raise a family. She started working with Dr. Mandraccia in 1998 as a patient care coordinator. Danette has watched Dr. Mandraccia grow in popularity in the community, and is glad to have been a huge part of that. She has been married for 18 years and has two lovely children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
